Returns and Refunds Etc.
I want you to be absolutely delighted with your Memorial/Cremation Jewellery or Resin art from THIS DAD MADE THAT. However, as each THIS DAD MADE THAT piece is custom made I cannot offer a return unless:


a) the product does not match the order, or

b) the product is faulty

If the product(s) delivered does not match the order you placed please contact me via email (info@thisdadmadethat.co.uk) detailing the issue and I will arrange for the return of the goods.
Please indicate your original order number and the name your order was placed under.

If the goods have a problem relating to the quality of the product such as a manufacturing fault, then please attach a photograph as well as description of the problem and email this through to info@thisdadmadethat.co.uk for me to assess.

I will only be able to offer a refund when an order is cancelled before any work has been undertaken by THIS DAD MADE THAT. If you need to cancel an order you should contact me at info@thisdadmadethat.co.uk with your order number as soon as possible.

If an order has been placed by the customer and completed by THIS DAD MADE THAT a refund will not be offered on cancellation as the goods are custom-made using ashes/hair/breastmilk supplied by the customer.

Prices for my products are subject to change without notice.

I reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

Finally, you have my word that I will always do my very best to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your THIS DAD MADE THAT Memorial and Cremation Jewellery/Resin Art.

My business has grown by word-of-mouth and the kind recommendations of my lovely customers. I'd would like to think that I run my business to the best of my abilities and always do the right thing.

CHRISTMAS ORDERS
Due to the amount of strikes buy the Royal Mail planned in November I would advise those who'd like to order for Christmas to do so by the 21st October
